Role Overview – Vice President (Finance)
We are seeking an experienced and visionary finance leader to join us as VP – Finance. You will drive our financial planning, compliance, investor reporting, audits, and fundraising efforts across India’s largest rural fintech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Drive end-to-end financial planning, budgeting & cash flow strategy
✅ Lead accounting, audits, taxation, treasury, and regulatory compliance
✅ Prepare MIS reports, financial models, and board/investor presentations
✅ Manage partner settlements, unit economics, and service profitability
✅ Support fundraising (equity/debt), due diligence & investor communications
✅ Ensure compliance with RBI, MCA, GST, TDS, and fintech regulations
✅ Build and mentor a high-performing finance team


Requirements
🎓 CA / MBA (Finance) / CPA
📊 10+ years of core finance experience (preferably in Fintech / NBFC / BFSI)
📌 Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, RBI/NBFC compliance
🧠 Strong in Excel, MIS, Tally/ERP, automation tools (Zoho, QuickBooks)
🗣 Excellent communication, leadership & analytical skills
🚀 Prior startup or scale-up experience preferred
